Abstract
Pleomorphic adenoma of nasal septum: a case report. Pleomorphic adenoma of the nasal septum presents a clinical diagnostic challenge. We report a rare case of pleomorphic adenoma of the nasal septum in a 39-year-old woman with a 1-month history of nasal obstruction. Wide surgical excision is the recommended treatment for this tumour.
